Hal helped clear and sell my sister's home. Sharon, my sister, was seriously ill in the hospital in Oct 2020. Upon her hospital discharge, Mrs. Hall visited my sister in her home on her second day after getting home from the hospital. She said that the house could sell for $200,000. Sharon came to Kansas to a nursing home for recovery. She hoped eventually to return to her home in Georgia. Mrs. Hall stayed in touch for a year letting us know the status of the house. She helped me plan my November 2021 trip to Georgia to sell the house because Sharon's health did not allow her return to her home in Georgia. Mrs. Hall helped me get support for packing & clearing the house. She recommended a high-end second-hand sales store for high value items. She recommended multiple donation sites to help clear the regular home items. She had people that painted the outside and inside of the house. She recommended yard people that allow the grounds to gain the homeowner's association approval to sell. Mrs. Hall demonstrated that the selling of people's homes is her passion and is her life's work. She brings faith and trust to a scary process. She works for success which I'm sure she always finds. Without her, I would still be trying to get through this process. As a Kansas farmer in a strange environment, she was a light in the dark and a friend in a world of strangers.
